Let%26#039;s say my dad has a company called XYZ Ltd. and I run a web hosting service called Host123 under the XYZ company of my dad. Is this legal? For example if I call my web hosting service, the logo and everything as Host123 and at the bottom of the site I put %26quot;Copyright XYZ Ltd.%26quot; would it be legal?
Essentially what I%26#039;m asking is can I run a webhosting service without actually starting a company but running it under my dad%26#039;s company?

Yes, you can do that. Your company would officially be the same name as your Dad%26#039;s company, but D.B.A. (doing business as) Host123.
