Is it possible to host a MySQL forum on a subdomain name?

Is it possible to host a forum that requires MySQL, and PHP, on a subdomain? I am not ready to go out and buy a full domain yet, but I will eventually. In the mean time, I wanted to host it through some subdomain. But all of those that I tried, don%26#039;t have MySQL databases, or have something else missing. Does anyone know of a good free web host that will get my forums working?

None. Setting up of forums and MySQL requires you to know the server%26#039;s password, which without buying domain won%26#039;t give you the ability to do so.
