Need advice?

I have signed up affiliate programs of the some popular low cost web hosting provider and designed my web page 閳?www.andreyknure.narod.ru As you can see, I have started studying web design field recently and want to become a professional web designer in the future, so actually it is my first web page. Links are the most important details, placed at my page. What can I do for making these links more attractive for visitors and if there is a sense to change the main text? Thanks in advance!

Remember that simple is best, the new way for Links are without the underline but in a blue text. Now, whatever you choose for a link it would be great just noticing that you have to do it as simple as you can for people to understand it quickly.
