Can anyone recommend a host which a) has monthly billing b) is reputable and c) has cpanel?

As per the title. I%26#039;m looking for a reliable web host that lets you pay month by month. It should also be of a good name (so preferably one of the big boys) and offer cpanel 10 or so. I can%26#039;t find any dependable hosts that have these three elements. Thanks for your suggestions.

The price quoted is Aussie dollars so it is lower in american dollars. I pay monthly and their cpanel version is 10.9.0
