Where do web hosting companies get there internet connection? For example, Lycos servers have 40Mbps servers - where do they get it from? I%26#039;m thinking of setting up a home web server some time, and obviously I%26#039;m not wanting 40Mbps upload, but a few Mbps would be good, and there doesn%26#039;t seem to be any providers that I can find, for home or business, that provide that sort of service.
