I already have a business dealing with Dedicated Servers, PC Game Servers, Web Hosting, Web Designing. I have been thinking of building a web site having a directory of different businesses where I live and possibly expanding to different cities. Could I start this business under my existing business entity? Would I be sued by my local chamber of commerce due to the fact they have a directory of businesses in my town as well?
Could I use the same business entity?
