Godaddy.com or bluehost.com?

can any body help me plz!!!!

i want to open an arabic and english site for internet survey votes, and referendum and i found alot of web hosting sites but finally i think am going to take one of these sites!! which better ??? and if you know better than these sites plz help me

note: i don%26#039;t need huge space but i need securty and site builder
