im thinking of starting a website that will contain a lot of pictures and wrighting also a comment page i want to know what would be the best free website host to do this would be some of the pictures may be nude so i need a web host that alows this.

if in doubt try setting up and hosting the web initially on your own computer. a system running at least a 2Ghz CPU and 1.5GB ram should be able to cope with a basic site with very few visitors initially and as you build up a following and word spreads then you can think about getting a dedicated web server typically about 鎷? to 鎷?0,000 per server depending on what you actually want from the server, a dedicated leased line will cost about 鎷?00 per month with equivelent upload and download limits.
free host are all well and good but the plaster your site with adverts as part of your terms and conditions how else do they make the money back that it costs to host?
like i said hosting yourself is the best way to go to start with if you want to host for free all you need is a domain name ( a free domain name can be obtained by going to www.dyndns.com) after that you can easily download the free apachee webserver or for best results get netserver suite a free server suite that includes ftp http and email (pop, smtp and IMAP mail).
you then need a good quailty Html editor see www.pagebreeze.com for a free non comercial use program. if you want to use page breeze comercialy then you would need to buy a licence which is a one time fee of around $30 a good price in todays market.
