How do i block spam in my outlook 2003? i hve junk email filter on, mcfee spamkiller but nothing.so

i get so many junk emails everyday even though filter is on. im talking about my company email. everyone at work gets it. im network administrator i ve junk email filter on the server but no success. is there anything i can do on outlook or wht to stop this or atleast minimize it? i got a web hosting for my my companys site so thewy gave us the email option too so using their email system accessing thru outlook 2003. plss lemme know wht can i do to control this? thanks
